Another homeowner in The Villages has been reported due to having a tarp on the roof thanks to a hurricane and resulting battle with the insurance company.
The home of John and Susan Carter at 431 Jungle Plum Way in the Village of Osceola Hills was the subject of a deed compliance hearing Thursday before the Community Development District 10 Board of Supervisors at SeaBreeze Recreation Center.
A complaint was received April 7 regarding a tarp on the Carters’ roof. Several homes in Osceola Hills have had tarps on the roof due to hurricane damage in 2024.
