The owner of a 42-unit apartment complex at a 39-acre site in southwest Ocala has plans to build over 400 more single-family, townhome, and multi-family units at the site.
Ordinances to annex, change the future land use, and rezone the 39.33-acre site at 2275 SW 53rd Avenue will be introduced to the Ocala City Council with a first reading during the council’s regular meeting on Tuesday, August 19.
