A Wildwood man was arrested after confessing to shooting a person with a BB gun from a third-story window at PepperTree Apartments.
An officer met with 22-year-old Issac Joseph Lee Kinchens at the Wildwood Police Department for a follow-up investigation around 12:15 p.m. Wednesday, according to an arrest report from the Wildwood Police Department. He confessed to firing a black Gamo BB gun out of a third-story window at Peppertree Apartments, located at 3738 Pepper Tree Ln., and striking a victim in his right inner thigh.
Another officer had responded to the apartments on Monday regarding damage to a black Ford Edge. The female owner showed the officer the damage, five small circular indentions with chipped paint on the rear of the vehicle. One indention was on the back passenger-side panel, three were below the passenger-side taillight on the trunk, and one was just left of the rear passenger-side taillight, the report said.
The vehicle was parked in a space in view of Kinchens’ apartment window. This was in the same area where the victim was struck on his leg, the report said…
