A Leesburg man was arrested after allegedly pointing a gun at a woman who accidentally hit him with a cardboard box.
An officer responded to a battery involving 28-year-old Zachari Allen Quintero at an undisclosed apartment in Leesburg at 12:55 a.m. Wednesday, according to an arrest report from the Leesburg Police Department. Upon arrival, they met with the female victim in the parking lot of the apartment complex.
She advised that Quintero came into the bedroom while she was asleep with her daughter, and he was intoxicated. He started to shake her daughter to wake her up, which upset the victim. She demanded he sleep in the living room, but he refused, the report said.
Quintero then laid on the bed with his elbows pressing into the victim’s body. She got out of bed to sleep somewhere else and began looking for clothes. While doing so, she moved a cardboard box, and it hit his legs. He became irate, and she and her daughter left the bedroom, the report said…
