An official in The Villages will host a discussion about enforcement of the rule against children living in homes in Florida’s Friendliest Hometown.
Supervisor Tom Swiers of Community Development District 2 will host a question-and-answer session from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 26 at El Santiago Recreation Center. Topics will include enforcement of internal deed restrictions relating to “residents under 19 years of age” and the minimum age requirement for certain courtyard villa ownership. Reb Benson, CDD 2’s representative on the Amenity Authority Committee, will also take part in the question-and-answer session.
