A driver who was both uninsured and unlicensed was arrested after a traffic stop at Pinellas Plaza in The Villages.
Christian William Baxter, 28, of Citra, was driving a blue Ford Expedition with an expired Mississippi license plate at about 11 a.m. Thursday when he was pulled over in the parking of the Circle K at Pinellas Plaza, according to an arrest report from the Wildwood Police Department.
During the traffic stop, Baxter presented a Wyoming identification card and admitted he did not have insurance on the vehicle he was driving. A records check revealed that Baxter’s Florida driver’s license has been revoked. In addition, the vehicle was not properly registered.
