Citrus County Sheriff’s Office looking for stolen boats

DUNELLON, Fla. (WFLA) — The Citrus County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating two stolen boats.

On August 31, the sheriff’s office responded to reports that two boats had been stolen from different properties in the same neighborhood in Dunnellon.

The first photo shows a model year 2000 Buja Fisher Aluminum John Boat that is 13 feet 11 inches long. It’s painted camouflage and has “We The People” and “Fisher” on both sides. There are two seats, and the boat is equipped with a 30 HP Yamaha outboard motor and a Minn Kota Trolling motor.

The second photo shows a 1992 model year Johnson Fiberglass Hull John boat that is 11 feet 2 inches long. It’s painted baby blue and is equipped with an 8 HP Mercury 2 Stroke outboard motor…
