An Ocala man claims he was allegedly struck and injured by a “heavy cart” being operated by an employee at an old Winn Dixie that has since been converted into an ALDI.
Attorneys representing Rajiv Ghameersingh filed the lawsuit against Southeastern Grocers, LLC, in the Fifth Judicial Circuit Court of Marion County on September 3.
