An inspector found several high-priority food temperature violations at a restaurant in The Villages.
The inspector paid a visit on Sept. 10 to El Ranchito Mexican Restaurant on the Historic Side of The Villages.
The inspector issued a “stop sale” order for beef patties, chorizo, ham, beef and chicken which were found at unhealthy temperatures, according to a report on file with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
