Two members of a group of loiterers from Leesburg will appear in court next week for trespassing in a wooded area.
Officers checked behind a wooded area at 917 Holiday Lane, near the Pepper Tree Apartments and the Lakewood Villas around 6:23 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 12, according to a case report from the Leesburg Police Department. They found four people loitering there, including 59-year-old Tonja Milton, 39-year-old Jeanna Louise Maldonado, 42-year-old Christopher James Fitch and 42-year-old Tukyshia Kimberlee Newsome.
Fitch and Newsome were both issued trespass warnings and released from the scene. As for Milton and Maldonado, they had already been trespassed from the area. Milton had even been told to leave that morning, and they both admitted to being trespassed from the location, the report said.
The two were subsequently issued misdemeanor citations for trespass after warning. They are to appear in court on Oct. 29…
