A Marion County man has filed a lawsuit against a radiologist working at AdventHealth Belleview Emergency Room, claiming the doctor’s alleged misdiagnosis of his Lisfranc injury led to multiple fractures before he required surgery.
Attorneys representing Alexander Kovacs filed the lawsuit against Radiology Associates of Ocala and AdventHealth Belleview ER in the Fifth Judicial Circuit Court of Marion County on October 13.
