SUMMERFIELD, Fla. (WCJB) — Marion County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating after human remains were found in a wooded area Sunday evening.
The skeletal remains were discovered off South Highway 441, near Del Webb Boulevard, according to deputies. MCSO deputies, detectives, forensic technicians, and the Medical Examiner’s Office responded.
