Robin Severance-Lopez, the estranged wife of suspended Osceola County Sheriff Marcos Lopez, faced a judge this weekend and was not granted bond. According to WFTV, the decision came after a motion by prosecutors to revoke any potential bond due to false testimony she allegedly provided regarding her financial capacity for a GPS ankle monitor during her July bond hearing.
She was taken into custody at approximately 3 p.m. on Thursday from her St. Cloud residence and later transferred to the Lake County Jail, where her recent court appearance was held.
