A Wildwood man in black-and-white face paint was arrested after allegedly pointing firearms at another vehicle on Interstate 75 during Halloween night.
Deputies responded to Mile Marker 318 of I-75, Lake Panasoffkee, regarding 25-year-old Troy Antonio Shell in a silver car pointing guns at another vehicle around 9:55 p.m. Friday, according to an arrest report from the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office.
A deputy was able to find the vehicle, a silver Nissan Altima, near the mile marker and stop it. He then pulled Shell and another occupant out to be detained, the report said.
The deputy then spoke with the complainants, which included the driver and passenger in the other vehicle. The passenger advised that Shell’s vehicle was driving closely to their rear bumper and honked the horn multiple times. The complainants proceeded to change lanes, and Shell’s vehicle began driving next to theirs, the report said…
