U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement put a hold on a man Honduras who has lived in the states for 20 years without a license.
A deputy spotted 41-year-old Darwin Francisco Cruz Sandoval of Bradenton driving a black Ford truck northbound on County Road 472 in Wildwood around 7:20 p.m. Wednesday, according to an arrest report from the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office.
The truck had a broken taillight, so the deputy conducted a traffic stop in the parking lot of Circle K, located at 10571 N U.S. Hwy. 301. Cruz Sandoval handed over his passport and an international driver’s license. He admitted he has lived in the United States for 20 years and works for Cruz Master Metal Roofing INC, the report said.
