A convicted child molester has checked into a hotel in The Villages.
Jeffrey Robert Corson, 65, of Kirkland, Wash., checked in Thursday at the Waterfront Hotel at Lake Sumter Landing, according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. He has registered temporary status at the hotel.
