KEARNS, Utah (WFLA) – Star long track speed skater Brittany Bowe, from Ocala, Fla., is not shy about her goals for the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan. She wants to come home with a gold medal.
“My dream is to be Olympic champion. I’ve been blessed to be able to skate for four Olympic quads and won six world championship titles, broke a number of world records, two Olympic bronze medals but I’m going for that gold medal,” she said.
Bowe, who will be 37 years old during the Milan Games, started her skating journey on inline skates, not ice skates.
