A woman claims she slipped and fell over broken eggs at a Sam’s Club in Ocala, causing her “permanent physical injury.”
Ana Cristina Santamaria filed the lawsuit against Sam’s East, Inc., in the Fifth Judicial Circuit Court of Marion County on November 18.
According to the complaint, Santamaria was visiting the Sam’s Club located at 3921 SW College Road in Ocala on July 24, 2024.
During her visit, Santamaria claims that while she was walking, she came in contact with a “slippery floor” that represented an “unreasonably dangerous condition.”…
