Where I had my tire rim replaced I was told they had already replaced 4 tires and rims because of outside planters. There is an idiot in the Florida Department of Transportation who got paid to create a traffic nightmare on State Road 200 by putting medians on a heavily traveled highway, causing backups, congestion, total inconvenience when attempting to access businesses on the opposite side of the street, not to mention a significant number of damaged vehicles because of the narrowing of the lanes.
