A Marion County woman who requires the assistance of a walker has filed a lawsuit against AdventHealth Ocala, claiming her walker allegedly got caught on a broken brick paver while she was traversing a walking path in the parking lot.
Attorneys representing Jane Lundy filed the lawsuit against Florida Hospital Ocala, Inc., d/b/a AdventHealth Ocala in the Fifth Judicial Circuit Court of Marion County on October 31.
