On Tuesday, Dec. 2, construction crews and local officials marked the groundbreaking for the soon-to-open White Castle restaurant in Kissimmee, located at 5828 West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway (Route 192) at Holiday Trail, near the Old Town Entertainment District.
According to the announcement, the new Castle will be roughly 3,200 square feet and feature a double drive-thru. As the chain expects lots of drive-up business during post-theme park hours.
Expected to open Spring 2026, the menu will stay the same with the classic Original, Cheese, and Double Cheese sliders, plus breakfast items like the egg and cheese waffle sliders.
