Daughter allegedly slaps father and threatens him with frying pan

A Fruitland Park woman was arrested for battery after allegedly slapping her father when he refused to let her husband move in with them.

A deputy responded to a physical altercation between 27-year-old Kristina Paige Schlundt and her father at their Fruitland Park residence around 8:40 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 30, according to an arrest report from the Lake County Sheriff’s Office.

The father advised that Schlunt got upset when he refused to let her husband move into the home. She went to her bedroom and started repeatedly slamming the door. He then opened the door to address the situation and tell her to stop, as he worried she would break the door, the report said.

Upon doing so, she slapped him twice on the face. He slapped her back once in response, to which she grabbed a frying pan and held it in the air as if to hit him with it. He sustained red marks on the left side of his face where he said she slapped him, the report said…
