Is there a reason that people believe it is OK to ruin the beautiful grass areas in The Villages? Special privilege maybe? We see it especially on the west side of the golf cart bridge in Spanish Springs. Our amenities spent a lot of money replacing sod and maintaining the area. When I talked to property management about the issue they said, “Oh, it’s OK. People enjoy going out there in their golf carts and sitting.”
Now the problem comes to light. Not only is it a safety hazard for carts coming off the bridge, but there are the drugs and public urinating. Why is nothing being done there? What a waste to a beautiful area. Only in The Villages!…
