A homeless man will have to appear in court next week after pitching a tent near a dumpster at a Leesburg dermatology office.
An employee of Leesburg Dermatology, located at 1340 Citizens Blvd., called the police about suspicious activity around 7:50 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 25, according to a case report from the Leesburg Police Department.
