A Fruitland Park man wanted for retail theft was arrested after being stopped for driving with a suspended license.
A deputy spotted 30-year-old Justin Mark Kott driving a vehicle without a working license plate light in Leesburg around 12 a.m. Tuesday, according to an arrest report from the Lake County Sheriff’s Office.
Due to this, he stopped Kott in the area of County Road 44 and East Treasure Island Road. A check of his criminal history revealed an active Lake County warrant for retail theft, and he had been labeled a habitual traffic offender as of May 8, 2023, the report said…
