The same company that sold the Paddock Mall for $54.9 million earlier this year just sold another shopping center in Ocala for over $42 million.
Gaitway Plaza, which is located at 2701 SW College Road in southwest Ocala, was just sold by Gaitway Fee Owner, LLC, for $42,250,000 to Next Ocala, LLC.
