A Leesburg man was arrested for trespassing when an officer found him camped in the wooded area behind private property.
An officer found 50-year-old Nicholas Ray Ciceri sitting in a tent at one of many encampments behind 917 Holiday Lane at 12:20 a.m. Friday, Dec. 12, according to an arrest report from the Leesburg Police Department. He had been trespassed from the property before on the morning of Oct. 15, and he had been arrested for trespass after warning in a separate case.
As such, Ciceri was arrested on charge of trespass after warning and transported to Lake County Jail. The Maryland native was released on his own recognizance and is responsible for appearing in court on Dec. 31…
