I have been a resident of The Villages for 10 years. I live in Osceola Hills which is the village just north of the intersection of State Road 44 and Morse Boulevard. I do not understand why the county is only now reviewing potential road work to ease the inevitable traffic that is going to explode once the Walmart super center is open. This should have been done when the plans for the Walmart were approved. It shows a lack of forethought on the part of whomever is responsible for ensuring the safety and convenience of Villagers. The county has plenty of money and I’m expressing my disappointment, as I am sure many other Villagers are doing.
