World Equestrian Center’s New Restaurants at The Equestrian Manor Open December 30

Ocala, Florida – This December, The Equestrian Manor will unveil the first two dining concepts within its four-restaurant collection: The Polo Pony and Emma’s Patisserie at The Equestrian Manor. Opening Tuesday, December 30, these new venues bring distinct culinary experiences to World Equestrian Center – Ocala’s already impressive dining portfolio.

The Equestrian Manor sets a new standard for luxury events in Central Florida, with over 300,000 square feet of architecturally stunning event and hospitality space. As part of its offerings, The Equestrian Manor will introduce four signature restaurants, including refined American, romantic Italian and bold Pan-Asian concepts, as well as a second, expanded location of the beloved Emma’s Patisserie. The ground floor will be the first to open on Tuesday, December 30 to debut The Polo Pony and Emma’s Patisserie at The Equestrian Manor.

The Polo Pony celebrates America’s diverse culinary heritage with elevated tavern classics and inventive, chef-driven dishes for lunch and dinner. Guests will discover bold flavors from butter-poached mini lobster rolls and duck confit fries to truffle-accented steak frites served in a sophisticated dining room. The new restaurant also features multiple elegant private dining spaces, a large indoor bar and a lively outdoor patio. Diners can opt to join as walk-ins at the bar, secure a table for lunch or dinner or make reservations through OpenTable beginning Tuesday, December 30.

Just steps away, Emma’s Patisserie at The Equestrian Manor invites guests to savor artisanal pastries, Italian gelato, handcrafted chocolates, cold-pressed juices, and a world-class bread program. This European-inspired café features indoor and outdoor seating, perfect for breakfast, lunch, dinner or late-night cravings. The new Emma’s will be open daily to walk-in patrons starting Tuesday, December 30.
