Does the “Parking Patrol” get paid to take their pictures and send them in? I feel bad when the picture shows an innocent vehicle blocked in because the owner/operator of that vehicle might have an emergency that they can’t get to all because the Developer won’t give the police departments permission to issue real tickets and or impound the violators. They are allowed to write “citations” only which aren’t worth the paper they’re written on. Let the police do the job they’re paid to perform. I’m sure they’re as frustrated as the owners of the blocked vehicles.
