Uninvited guest shows up rambling about nuclear bombs and demons

A Leesburg man was arrested for trespassing after showing up uninvited to an old acquaintance’s house and refusing to leave.

Deputies responded to 45-year-old Bryan Lamar Cochran trespassing at the home of a male acquaintance in Leesburg around 12:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 21, according to an arrest report from the Lake County Sheriff’s Office. He had shown up uninvited but refused to leave, instead rambling about nuclear bombs, demons and that the acquintance had to kill him.

The acquintance told the deputies that he had not seen Cochran in two years and that he came to the front. As the acquaintance opened the door, he walked right in without being invited and started rambling about God and nuclear bombs in his cars. He also threatened to kill the acquintance if he tried to get help, the report said.

The deputies saw Cochran pacing around the pool area as the acquaintance explained this, and he appeared to be agitated. He then went up to the deputies in an aggressive manner with a small item in his left hand, which turned out to be a lighter. When told he was being trespassed, he stated he was leaving and started going back to the pool area, the report said…
