John Rohan, head of the Recreation Department, has long insisted that statistics show that there are few outsiders actually taking a dip in the pools in Florida’s Friendliest Hometown. But despite the data, residents insist that outsiders are taking advantage of the pools and other amenities without paying the freight.
Residents have demanded changes, including stringent ID checks, including pool jumpers to get out of the water and show their identification. There have also ben calls to use Community Watch as part of the ID checking procedure at pools and other amenities…
