Following the unsettling echo of gunfire that fractured the Christmas morning calm in Ocala, local authorities have confirmed the death of 21-year-old Ja’Narre Suggs. WESH 2 reported that the Ocala Police Department responded to the scene near the 800 block of W. Silver Springs Place at around 4:11 a.m.
Amid the subsequent investigation, a young man, 19-year-old Curnelius A. Brown Jr., was arrested on December 30.
