As a new Walmart Neighborhood Market in southeast Ocala nears completion ahead of its scheduled opening, the retailer is seeking city approval to sell beer, wine, and liquor at its new location.
During the Ocala City Council’s upcoming meeting on Tuesday, January 6, council members will consider a request from Wal-Mart Stores East, LP for the issuance of a location permit for the sale of beer, wine, and liquor at the company’s new store at 3535 SE Maricamp Road.
