A Wildwood woman will appear in court next week for allegedly stealing $29 in art products from Walmart.
A loss prevention associate of Walmart, located at 2501 Citrus Blvd., was monitoring surveillance cameras when he saw 36-year-old Crystal Ledford at a self-checkout register at 6 p.m. Dec. 23, according to a case report from the Leesburg Police Department.
She scanned some items but not others, ultimately paying for less than what she had in her possession. These included a one pack of Pen Gear crayons, one 24-pack of Crayola crayons and one 100-pack of Crayola colored pencils, all worth $29.45.
