Residents fed up with fishermen leaving behind trash and showing no respect

The people of Lake Laguna have been tormented by non-residents fishing. Leaving trash, dead fish, tin and plastic bottles. Every month I walk the lake to pick up their litter many lake residents know me. I pick up the trash and dead fish to help keep the lake clean and odorless. The non-resident fishermen have no respect for the elders asking them to leave. Some come from as far away as Weirsdale. We have on our lake a designated fishing area by the lake pump equipment. there are two white poles with arrows pointing between the signs for fishing and not being observed. We need a better sign showing a restriction not to enter lake residents property. Community Watch at one time came out and chased them away. That stopped and we were told to call the police. The Lady Lake police are tired…..
