The family of an Ocala man has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against a restaurant at Walt Disney World, alleging that a delay in summoning paramedics contributed to his death after he choked on a piece of steak.
Reah Duncan, the mother and personal representative of the estate of Kevin Duncan, filed the complaint in Orange County Circuit Court on October 23, 2025.
