A Leesburg woman was arrested for assault after bashing a customer’s vehicle with a sprinkler pipe outside Circle K.
Officers responded to Circle K, located at 1331 W North Blvd., regarding a customer spraying 50-year-old Tara Lasha Potts with OC spray around 12 p.m. Wednesday, according to an arrest report from the Leesburg Police Department.
The customer advised that her sister called her and asked her to meet at Circle K for gas. When she arrived and went inside, she saw an employee who had struck her grandmother the week prior. She could not specify if this was documented or not, but she contacted her other sisters, the report said.
Her sisters did show up and were only there if something happened. Moments later, the customer and her sisters saw an unknown white car in the area. She grew concerned something might happen and chose to leave, the report said…
