A fatal crash involving a golf cart was reported in The Villages about 9:30 p.m. on Jan. 9, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
A 64-year-old Lady Lake man driving a golf cart westbound on County Road 109 ran the red light at U.S. 27/U.S. 441 and was struck by a 23-year-old Eustis woman driving a Kia Soul south on U.S. 27/441.
