A car wash chain that started in Ocala in 2019 and has since expanded to 64 locations across the United States just sold one of its locations in the city for $4.75 million.
The Caliber Car Wash located at 815 S Pine Avenue was sold by Gill Ocala, LLC to 815 S Pine Avenue, LLC for $4,750,000 on Wednesday, January 7, according to a deed filed with the Marion County Clerk of Courts.
State corporate records show that Gill Ocala, LLC is owned by Brian Gill of Omaha, Nebraska, and that 815 S Pine Avenue, LLC, is owned by James T. Bolger of Ridgewood, New Jersey…
