I would absolutely love to be allowed to install artificial grass. I would recommend The Villages provide some guidelines on certain types that can be selected by the homeowner to ensure that we get the acceptable look. Besides the water issue, it would be great to decrease the amount of chemicals that are used and those chemicals that are getting transferred into the area ponds. It would be so nice to not have to do all of the maintenance that is required to keep up with having real turf. Just look at how nice the turf is at the new Villages High School in Middleton! It looks amazing and we could all have that great look as well. Win Win. Great looking lawns, less chemicals and save water!!!
