The city has denied liability in a lawsuit filed by a woman who claims she was injured in a slip-and-fall incident inside a restroom at the Ocala International Airport.
In a formal answer filed on Dec. 26, the city responded to the complaint from Susan Marsden, asserting numerous affirmative defenses against her claims of negligence.
