The fallout from the Marion County Fire and Rescue hazing incident continues with headlines indicating that the victim of the hazing plans to sue, and two of the ten fired firefighters have filed grievances challenging their dismissal.
We covered the case last November when it broke. Here is that post. At present four of the now terminated firefighters are facing criminal charges, including kidnapping, robbery and battery. The victim, identified as Kanye Stuart, alleges he was assaulted in a variety of ways including being water boarded. He has since spoken to reporters about what occurred.
