a resident was quoted as saying that the majority of those living in the Phillips Villas are happy to have a Walmart in their backyard. I disagree. I have spoken to very few people who are happy about it. I expect impacts on our entry road will be significant especially since our only access in and out of our community will be the access road to a grocery store and 20 gas pumps. There is no multi-modal path and our only way in and out is the same road that delivery trucks and shoppers will be using. I guess time will tell…
