State records showed that the establishment at 635 N Hwy 27/441 in Lady Lake received a warning from state inspectors after an inspection discovered 11 violations, including roaches on Jan. 12, 2026. The Lake County restaurant was required to undergo follow-up inspections.

What Happened During The Inspections

According to state records, a complaint-driven inspection found two high-priority violations and nine basic violations during the initial inspection on Jan. 12. Inspectors from the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation documented live and dead roaches on the premises and had to return twice for callback follow-ups, though the eatery still failed to meet the standards.
