A driver who lost his license after drunk driving convictions was caught back behind the wheel near a shopping plaza in The Villages.
Randy Barnes, 52, of Leesburg, was driving a beige Honda SUV at about 10 a.m. Friday when an officer ran the license plate and discovered a history of driving while license suspended.
