A homeowner has been ordered to bring his problematic property into compliance.
The home is located at 4540 Pearlman Way in the Village of DeLuna.
The home was the subject of a contentious deed compliance case last year after neighbors complained about an unauthorized buried 500-gallon tank with elaborate underground piping. In addition, the neighbors were also upset about big bountiful plants right up to the rear wall and within inches of their neighbors’ properties. It was prompting flooding on their neighbors’ properties and suspicious chemicals were draining into the nearby pond. That case was eventually resolved, but not to the satisfaction of all of the neighbors…
