As new members of the SummerGlen Golf Community, we are delighted that we’ll no longer have to travel to Cherry Wood Plaza or Belleview for full service grocery/pharmacy stores. Hooray!
However, let’s get the road construction completed first at SW CR 484 and 20th Ave at the SummerGlen entrance and at 484 and I-75. This project has been causing major traffic problems and huge issues that need to be fixed before new retailers bring in more shoppers and more traffic.
There’s excitement about the new announcement of the 49th Ave run around to 475 which will take 3 years + to finish. Marion County needs to wrap up other unfinished projects immediately. Never have seen a State that can work year round, drag out road projects for so long…
