Frida’s Tacos & Tequila has officially opened its new Mexican restaurant in southwest Ocala.
Located at 2445 SW 27th Avenue in the Shady Oaks Shopping Center, the new restaurant recently welcomed its first guests.
The space has been transformed by large-scale, authentic Mexican artwork and vivid decorations, with the interior featuring massive, colorful murals and 3D reliefs depicting iconic figures and traditional Mexican imagery.
That includes tributes to the restaurant’s namesake, Frida Kahlo, and intricate Day of the Dead (“Dia de los Muertes“) motifs.
