A detailed manifesto described a plan for a mass shooting at a Central Florida school. According to the Volusia County Sheriff’s office, a 12-year-old was arrested for making written threats to kill, apparently due to bullying.
Overnight, the VSO Domestic Security Unit was notified of a detailed manifesto posted online. Local law enforcement said the manifesto described at length a plan to carry out a mass shooting due to bullying at Southwestern Middle School in DeLand, Florida.
